There is hereby incorporated for the purpose of creating and defining floodway and floodway fringe districts within the City of Sterling, Kansas, setting forth regulations thereof and prescribing penalties for the violation of the regulations that certain Ordinance 1989, amending and supplementing the zoning ordinance for the City of Sterling, Kansas, and the whole thereof, and the same is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as part of this section as if set out at length herein.
