A CHARTER ORDINANCE EXEMPTING THE CITY OF STERLING, KANSAS, FROM THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-4112 CONCERNING MUNICIPAL COURT COSTS.

Section 1. The City of Sterling, Kansas, a city of the second class under and by virtue of the power vested in it by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby elects to and does hereby exempt itself from the provisions of K.S.A. 12-4112 in that, that statute does not allow municipal court costs to be assessed.
